THNIC Academy organizes “Problem-Oriented Programming” training

Week 1: October 14 – 16, 2022
The THNIC Academy organized a second level training course on “Problem-Oriented Programming” for high school students after the fundamental course on “Computational Thinking” held in March. This course had been divided into two five-day sessions.

The first week was held during October, 14 – 16, 2022. Mr. Parkpoom Tripatana, THNIC Academy director, welcomed participants and then presented the course details. Asst. Prof. Dr. Akara Prayote, head of the Department of Computer and Information Sciences, Faculty of Applied Science, King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok, and his team started the training session by giving a pre-test on programming fundamentals.

This course is aimed at enhancing students’ programming skills they can apply to solve problems and use in their daily activities. 30 students applied for the course and just 17 qualified to attend.
